Chris Smyth appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacle Technology after stepping down from SAA.

Chris Smyth has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Financial Director of Pinnacle Technology, the company said in a statement on Friday.
He will take up the positions on the 16 March 2011.
On Thursday, South African Airways announced that Smyth would step down as General Manager of the company.
During the 2009/2010 financial year, Smyth also acted as SAA's CEO in between the previous CEO, Khaya Ngqula and the present incumbent, Siza Mzimela.
"He was an integral part of the team that restructured and turned SAA around from an R880m net loss for the year ended March 2007 into a R580m profit during the 2009/2010 financial year," Pinnacle Technology said in the statement
